1. All prices are per week in Euros or Sterling, normally from Saturday to Saturday, and for a maximum of 8 people. 
   
2. The minimal rental period is one week. The price includes a welcome pack, cleaning and change of bed linen, towels etc. at the end of each week. 
   
3. Additional maid service may be arranged by prior request. 
   
4. On your arrival our property manager will introduce you to Villa Magica and assist you with any further information you may require during your stay. 
   
5. We will hold a request for a reservation for 72 hours, after which, if the deposit has not been received we will assume cancellation of the request. 
   
6. A Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. There can be no refund for cancellation. 
   
7. Please note that for the comfort of all our guests we have a no-smoking policy in the house at all times. 
   
8. On the day of arrival access to the villa can be gained after 3pm.
   
9. On the day of departure you will need to leave the villa by 10am.
   
10. On arrival at the Villa our Property Manager will be required to take either a € 400 security deposit or a copy of your credit card. This is a guarantee against damage and breakages, returnable only after the property has been checked on the day of departure. All damage to the property and its contents will be charged accordingly. Damage to larger objects should be reported to our Manager as soon as possible and must be paid for. It is expected that you will replace minor breakages as a matter of courtesy.
    
11. Please note that payment of your deposit acts as confirmation that you accept all terms & conditions.

NOTE: The Villa may not be suitable for children under the age of 4.
